Recently, she had been thinking of going to medicine but she didn't know if she was a healer. Ammachi commented, "If you see a thirsty person, you give water. You don't ask 'Am I worthy to do this?' You just give." She added, "People with cancer suffer physically and emotionally. Whatever support you can give, it is a good thing.
