Several of us tried to get the university to lighten up and treat Amma with the respect she deserves, offer a tour, etc. I argued that it would be to their advantage that the many visitors coming into town might think it was a pretty cool place and might want to go to school there or send their kids there or tell their friends about it. But it fell on deaf ears. Those who might be open minded in their thinking are too constrained by administrative structures to do anything. It¹s all God¹s lila and to me, rather interesting to watch.
