Amrta Vahini

Hi all,

 

Sometime ago on this list there was a discussion

of that rousing song, Amrta Vahini, Bhajan Book 4,

p. 20-21. (Interestingly, I was told by Swamini

Krishnamritaprana that it was a traditional

Malayalam rowing song adapted for Amma.) Someone

on the list said they "would kill" for a recording

of same. Well, as far as I know it's not out on

audio tape, but imagine my delight in finding the

video "Pure Dance," which has Amma dancing to that

tune on last year's Onam. The tape is only 11

minutes long and when Janini mentioned to me that

it was "flying off the shelves" in the bookstore,

I decided to buy one as I love it when She dances.

I had no idea she was dancing to Amrta Vahini! So

for all those who want that song, here's a great

chance to buy it.
