Perhaps it just depends? Or maybe Amma psychically knew about her Bengali boyfriend, LOL! (Not Blonde) Manohari
Guest guest
If you have a value for vivhuti, especially from Amma, ask for it. Guest guest
Amma gave me a vibhuti packet in San Ramon a couple of years ago. She had to motion to her helper for it, though...it was intentional. Of course when I went to visit Amma in Amritapuri in April, I came home with lots of it. Guest guest
I didn't mention that I didn't ask for the vibhuti. Amma herself made the decision to give it to me. Perhaps it just depends? Or maybe Amma psychically knew about her Bengali boyfriend, LOL! A few years ago at a November Michigan program, I had been feeling very ill and bought an ash packet, planning to ask Amma to bless it for me. As I got closer for darshan, I noticed that people were getting vibhutti, so I stuffed my packet in my pocket, and was extremely disappointed that I didn't get one... hearing later that only the Indians were to get one. tom
