As a westerner coordinating a satsang with mostly westerners, I've encountered a lot of resistence to non English songs. This certainly provides a good reason to put in the effort. If someone hasn't already mentioned it, Amma has established a school in India for resurrecting spoken Sanskrit. If any one could move it from the technically "dead" classification to the "living" one, it is Amma! Thanks everyone for sharing information that brings more understanding to all of us.
