Dear Ammachi, I understand that you want to point out something

here strongly but I think you are exaggerating like it is customary

in your country. The Indian audiance might be impressed to hear such

statements but I as a westerner am not

"true love is rare but lost for ever???"

Om Namah Shivaya,

Lutz:

The "for ever" part may probably have been added by

the journalist. Remember, Ammachi speaks in Malayalam.

Someone has translated it and also added these words.

Of course, there is true love to be found and

experienced everywhere!

Mike:

You talk about dogs roaming about the streets in

India. What about the wild and dirty animals roaming

in man's mind?

[i dint make that up. Ammachi herself talks about

animals roaming about in our minds.]

Are those also found only in India? I think not! On

the contrary, there may be more of them elsewhere in

the world...there have to be enough mind-animals in

other parts of the world to balance the real-animals

that roam the streets in India right?

When God made the world, she/he put more of the real

animals on India's streets and put more of the

mind-animals in other parts of the world ;)

[As you all see, I haven't mentioned any other

country's name because each country is a petal of the

flower, which is the world. Peace!]

Dear Lutz,

I'm happy that you mentioned this. I, too, had the same reaction as

you and almost posted something quite similar to your post, but then

restrained myself from doing so. I also thought perhaps it could be a

translation problem, for to say that love has been lost completely and

forever seems pretty dismal to me as well.
