I think it has something to do with the eyes....so big and deep....I couldn't wait to meditate on the picture this morning.... I can see how easy it must be to meditate on, the colors are very soothing, and his eyes are very kind and piercing. If you are near an SRF (Self-Realization Fellowship) group, you might enjoy going to meditate there, too.
