I saw it on the news, and it was definitely South India, not Pamlona, Spain:

I know the difference. It was also definitely Pongol. I don't know squat

about Pongol, but as I was on the internet at the time, the CNN report

happened to come on, and as it was relevant to this group, I posted it as it

was reported. Men were killed trying to affix some sort of ribbon between

their horns, or something like that, and the bulls got out of control. There

was footage of it, and they were Indians, not Spaniards, and Pongol was

mentioned specifically and distinctly. OK? Avram
