Om Namah Shivaya All,

Ok, now I am feeling guilty for having stopped the

(tape copying and hence) flow of invaluable material

to the spiritual aspirants. :-)

To make up, I've copied some of the contents here,

from the official website: www.mothersbooks.org

Disclaimer: I am not selling anything, this is all

just FYI.

Item #1:

Sri Lalitha Sahasranamam

1000 Names of the Divine Mother

Our Price: $ 15.00

This compact disc contains the 1000 names of the

Divine Mother recited in Sanskrit with the exact

pronunciation. These rich and beautiful hymns

propitiate the Divine Mother. It is said that

repeating or hearing these mantras bestows spiritual

upliftment, fearlessness, desired boons, good health,

fame, wealth, prosperity success in life, wisdom and

the Divine Beatitude. Ammachi recommends a practice of

chanting the Sri Lalitha Sahasranamam every day.

Item #2:

Sri Lalita Sahasranama (Multimedia CD)

The 1000 names of the Divine Mother

Our Price: $ 35.00

The Sri Lalita Sahasranama is an ancient hymn of 1000

individual mantras describing various aspects of the

Divine Mother. In Ammachi's own words, "Worship using

the Lalita Sahasranama is of the utmost value for

spiritual growth and material prosperity when chanted

daily with devotion. The worship of the Divine Mother

is ideal for enhancing good qualities such as love,

compassion, forbearance and courage."

In Sanatana Dharma (the Eternal Religion of India),

the Divine Mother has been called Devi, Kali and

Lalita. She is Jagadamba, or Mother of the World. Her

love for all is supreme. She constantly showers upon

humanity Her love and grace, and She is known for Her

all-giving nature. Her goal is to have man return to

the ultimate state of oneness with Her - for man to

realize his true self. What can humans offer such a

Mother who loves them, takes care of them and gives

them Her bounty? Praising such a Mother and offering

Her gratitude is the essence of Sri Lalita

Sahasranama.

Item #3:

The Thousand Names of the Divine Mother

Sri Lalita Sahasranama with Commentary

Our Price: $ 18.95

Every morning in Ammachi's ashrams and in households

around the world, the sacred ancient archana, the Sri

Lalita Sahasranama (the Thousand Names of the Divine

Mother) is chanted. Chanting the archana brings many

benefits. Among them is prosperity to the family and

peace to the world. It will remove the effects of past

mistakes and give us the strength to understand the

Truth and live according to it. This book reveals a

glimpse of the Splendor described by the names. Each

of the 1000 names is individually addressed. The first

name chanted is Sri Mata which means she who is the

auspicious Mother. A commenary by a great devotee of

Devi, Tirivali Vallikkattu Narayana Menon, who was

born in Mancheri in Kerala in 1855, begins the book.

The preface by Professor K.V. Dev includes this

statement, "The Lalita Sahasranama is the golden chain

that links the material and the spiritual realms". The

book ends with a chapter by Ammachi on "Manasa Puja"

or mental worship. It describes this practice and the

benefits thereof. Quotations from numerous scriptural

texts add to the books devotional flavor, which was

originally written in Malayalam more than a hundred

years ago.

Item #4:

Sri Lalita Sahasranama

Archana (Chanting) Book

Our Price: $ 5.00

The Amritapuri Chanting Book contains instructions for

Manasa Puja, transliteration and translation of the108

names of Mata Amritanandamayi, transliteration of the

1000 names of Sri Lalita the Divine Mother and the Sri

Lalita Stotram, and includes some popular prayers and

a pronunciation guide. "O Divine Mother, may every

thought I think be a meditation on Thee; may every

word I utter be Thy praise; may every action I do be

Thy worship; may every step I take be a step towards

Thee; may my eating and drinking be an offering to

Thee; each time I lie down, may it be a prostration to

Thee; may my every breath be the remembrance of Thee;

and may every will of mine be Thy will."

I guess items 1 and 4 are good enough to start with.

Im thinking of picking up the multimedia CD(2) myself.

Like someone said, it would be great to have Ammachi

herself bless the books before starting the practice.

Regarding the Bombay sisters tapes that was discussed

earlier, Im sure there are online merchants that stock

them. If anyone knows, please post the link.
