Meditation for peace

Namah Shivaya,

Amma gave us this practice after 9/11 and we began doing it each evening

after aarathi.

 

After some months we stopped for awhile, and suddenly there were all those

bombings and crisis in Israel and Palestine. So we thought we'd better start

the practice again and have continued it.

 

I don't think a common time is so important as long as we do it daily. I

like to think of it as a wave of peace prayer rolling across the planet.

Maybe it's even better if it's been done continuously.

May She guide us to Unity, by her grace.
