Beloved sisters and brothers,

 

In regard to this attachment I am forwarding, I invite you to share it with any

of Amma's children you know and I would like to add some more info about it.

 

In Santa Fe, I was lucky to get to sit gathered with a group of Amma's children

as Swami Ramakrishna spoke form his heart about how much Amma really wants all

of Her dear children to be at Her Birthday Celebrations.All we have to do is

really want it too.

He said that Amma wanted all of her children to try to come and that She would

make special sankalpas for those who had work or finance related reasons why

they thought they couldnt attend. He said Amma is going to make it as

comfortable as possible for Her western children and that if any western

devotees have ever considered going to see Amma in India this is the time. He

said She will be holding our hands from the moment we get off the plane until

the moment we get back on. She has arranged for there to be separate seating and

transportation for us so that we dont have to deal with the crowds and there are

very inexpensive hotels that are four and five star which will be available. HE

said he realizes many western people are so afraid of the crowds yet what we

dont do to go to our favorite rock concert. He said AMMA will be releasing alot

of shakti as she embraces the world and all of Her children together in one

place and this event which she is personally inviting all of us to

is promising to be a huge personal and planetary shift of consciousness. Please

consider coming as he mentioned that this would be a great opportunity to

express gratitude for AMMA in our lives by showing up and collectively praying

for peace in Her presence with Her guidance. I ask those of you who feel like it

would be too much to please consider the sacrifice as tapas, burning away fo

karma to find Your way back to the center of Your heart where She reigns supreme

and alleviates all suffering with and sometimes even without Her loving glance.

AMMA will take care of YOU...If you Believe in HER POWER OF LOVE, Dare to

Believe in HER Fully!, She will protect you, She will Nourish You with Pure

LOve, She will Destroy ALL obstacles on the path to Love which She sits in the

true center of, inviting us... COme , darling children, YOU who are the sacred

essence of OM, AWAKEN and grow to be adorable.....

 

I encourage you to take a step towards trusting our mother and at least put out

the prayer that we can make it for what Swami says is a once in a lifetime

opportunity.

Please forgive an illiterate when it comes to such things I have read about

Amma's Birthday Celibration twice now....I get the genral Idea... Why is this so

important, when is her birthday and what is "Sankalpa" I have never met Amma or

traveled out of the US I have two girls and I am divorcing ....I am very scared

to go to India as it is a very different culture...I wouldn't know how to act,

what to wear etc....and to go alone is just unthinkable ... I don't know if I

would be ready to meet Amma if I had the chance...and how do we know if we are

ment to meet her... I sometimes feel that I have strayed too far off my path to

deserve to meet such a loving mother as Amma...

website. Could you post the link that contains the email-id here, for

were?) and as you know amma loves and hugs everybody

-- even you! so, breathe deep, have a tea, read ammas

also get inspired by the ideas around the birthday

bash. that will lighten you up! maybe you want to

mediate some time and whatever the outcome is (to go

or not to go) it'll be fine. because you are not

to get time off to go to India and my heart breaks over the loss.

 

Do you have an email address for Swami Ramakrishna? Your suggestion is

My heart was breaking to have to leave there in 2000 and it took Amma a long

time to get through to me that my whereabouts, not matter where, are her

will and by her grace. May you find the same comfort by Her grace. And may

you continue to light the flame in the hearts of your students, by her

grace.

If it's true that a butterfly flapping its wings in Hong Kong can cause a

hurricane in the Caribbean, no doubt the light of your prayers will

significantly magnify the spiritual flame Amma proposes to cast upon the
