Guest guest Posted July 31, 2003 Report Share Posted July 31, 2003 One thing that really stayed with me from recently seeing Amma in D.C. was when someone (I'm supposing one of the swamis) started out the morning program's meditation and had everyone meditate on their breathing and say "Amma" on the inbreath and "Om" on the outbreath. Amma meaning infinite love and Om meaning infinite consciousness. And doesn't that just kind of sum it all up? If we can have that sear into our consciousness, well, not "sear", that might hurt, but penetrate to the core? And have those two qualities be what we are manifesting all the time?
