Guest guest
Dear Brothers and Sisters, Could someone post or send me the Tamil words to the bhajan Tunka Karimukhattu? It is not in any of the books I have, perhaps one of you has it. Thank you. Ramlal -- Aum Amriteshvaryai Namah!
Guest guest
Bhajanamritam IV, p. 191 Tunka karimukatthu tumaniye tuyavar manam nirai mamaniye masukal neenga manam enilum maravatunnai tudippome. O Ganesha, O elephant-faced Lord, O supreme, immaculate one, You dwell as a precious gem in the hearts of the pure. Though I have no mental purity, still I do not forget to sing Your glories. Unnai vanankamal yarenum oru seyalanum tuvankuvaro anpay sirupul alittalum anaittum vazhankum ganapathiye. Adorned with the face of an elephant, You grant everything to those who offer just a blade of grass with love. Will anyone start any new work without first worshipping You? Pattatupotum ivvulakil ni parivay vantal pizhaittituvom perumane un nokkiruntal notiyil nargati vantitume. I have suffered enough in this world, only if You come and shower Your grace will I be saved. When You look me with Your glance that is full of Your grace then liberation will come immediately. Valliyai mirala chetadhu pol yengalai mirala cheyyamal inidhe kuraigal kalainthu yemakku innarul purivay ganapathiye. Please do not frighten me in the same way that You frightened Valli, the holy consort of Lord Muruka. Lovingly remove all of our defects and shower Your grace upon us, O Lord Ganapathi. it's also on CD, "Tamil Bhajans Volume 1". Keval

Thank you so very much for the words and reference! I have Tamil Bhajans #1 (thanks to ChildofDevi's kindness) and have been struggling to follow the singing. Many thanks.
