Om namaha shivaia

In Europe Amma gives a candy (sugar, not chocolate) and a flower petal, but

when I travelled in India with Her, She used to give a small packet of

vibuti and a candy as prasad, to westeners too, I still have some of them. I

put vibhuti on some of my chakra and on parts of the body I know they are

ill, and often I eat a little of vibuti.

I take the petals from the Devi Bhava and let them dry (first put in a paper

handkerchief and then let them open air in my room to dry) and store them on

the small Amma’s altar, near Her picture. Sometimes I put a petal on parts

of my body which I know are ill.

I still wear the mantra-braclet She put on my arm, no problem if I get a

green arm (I simply wash it with soap), a friend of mine, skilled in

chemistry, told me it is not dangerous, it’s a normal reaction

copper-humidity (and in summer this is higher, we usually have from 70 to

100% humidity, so my arm is ALWAYS green, that doesn’t happen in winter).

But I was told from a white brahmachari that getting a black arm (not green)

it’s a signal that your energies are not completely balanced and that the

bracelet is working and helping you in overcoming the difficult period. I

don’t know chemistry, but I trust these people and had no damage from the

bracelet, on the contrary I noticed an improvement in my health, energy and

mental conditions. It happens sometimes, when we are ill and take an

ailment, that a bad reaction let us feel worse for a period: the body is

expelling the toxins and negativity within us and we think we are getting

worse, but after a purification period we feel better (I’m thinking about my

small experiences with homeopathy and fastening). I think the sacred items

work on us in a similar way; of course I’m not a doctor but I always do the

exercise of observing what happens after, and write it down.

I take the candle of the Devi Puja and lit it and then I lit other candles

with the Puja candle, I then estinguish it, so that it last very long. While

doing this I pray that “Will the light of Amma lighten up my path always”.

I drink Holy water (but not the Puja water because it tastes like camphor

and I don’t like it…. My faith is not perfect… he he he ;-) ) from a place

where Maria Mother of Christ appeared (Montichiari or Fatima or Lourdes) and

put it in the food I cook. I also use Holy water (and the Puja one) when I

take a bath and sometimes when I wash clothes with the intention It blesses

everything, and when I flush it I pray it extend the blessing to

everyplace/thing it reaches.

It may sound foolish, but I strong believe in the Holy items we are given

and I’m sure everything would be worse if I would not use them. I changed a

lot, got help. I am convinced my health would be much worse if I did not use

them. Anyway I recommend a careful and limited utilisation at the beginning,

in order not to have too strong reactions…. I don’t want to teach anyone

with this, only tell how I do, and that all of this helped me, maybe someone

would feel inspired, but also it could not be right for everyone, everyone

should use discrimination and look for what it’s best for him/herself. I

also think the power of these items would be limited a little if anyone

doesn’t believe in their power (not because they become less, but because of

the walls a person is building with the negative attitude).

In Amma’s Love
