Guest guest
Hi, Does anyone on the list have a reliable contact in India that they would be willing to share? I would like to ask a question of perhaps one of Ammi's swamis or someone nearly that intensely familiar with her. Since I joined the group, there have been a lot of discussions on technicalities, terminology, etc - I am enjoying the discourse but would love to know what your "goals" are for this lifetime. I am seeing a lot of changes in myself - not just jobs, health, etc, but in my internal sense of myself and wonder what others are experiencing. What do most of you feel will bring about your own awakening? I am asking this seriously as some days I think I need to try harder in all of my devotional activities and other days I think I simply (it SEEMS that it should be simple!) need to take that tremendous leap of faith and truly abandon all desire for outcomes that seem to meet my perceived needs and completely let go of all attachments to everything my little human mind deems valuable. The truth seems so elusive and yet it feels that it should be dead obvious. Confused, Snehalata

I imagine when I have totally surrendered 100% of everything, 100% of the time. I don't expect it to happen in this lifetime, but I hope to do work in this lifetime that will advance me in the next, or the next, or the next... I have very few moments of awakening, more when I was a girl than now, but I'm slowly trying to recapture those momeents. My goal is to stretch them end-to-end until I only have that perspective. --- Dixie Thacker <dixielou wrote: > Hi, > > Does anyone on the list have a reliable contact in > India that they would be willing to share?
