went this morning- huge crowds and had to stand outside in the sun- could not

even

see the people on the stage- saw them thru cc tv though . came back in one hour-

Swami Gautamananda-ji was also there -he is the president of Sri Ramakrishna

Math at Chennai-

some how I think just being in this city right now and praying is in itself a

great thing -

today morning was the conference of spiritual leaders- one of the saint was

speaking in sanksrit-

if I had gone earlier and had a chair probably would have sat to hear every

body's spepches.

 

This whole city is full of Amma's posters- they have declared a holiday for all

schools-

all hotels are booked- u feel u are in amritapuri- seeing the numbers of

devottes and

foreigneres also. People say such an event has never taken place in India.

Railways have given 50% discount, all hotels, trains, flights booked-

after this event i dont think there will be much peopel who have not heard of

amma-

feels so good just to be here.

 

i would like to go in the evenings but because of work, dont know if it will be

possible.
