How funny! I had just posted the other message about

my thoughts getting in the way when this popped up in my inbox-literally

witthin seconds!

That is ancient wisdom - it must be because it's found

in so many nooks and crannies! It made me think of

Richard Bach's book Illusions - life is an illusion,

we make it what we want. Then there's the NLP camp

(Neuro-linguistic programming?) that teaches how to

build or re-route neurotransmitters to reinforce

positive practices in our life. "Dream into action" -

if you can see yourself doing it then you'll

eventually do it. Or as one friend from east Texas

says, "If you hang out in a barbershop, you're bound

to get your hair cut." :)
