Guest guest
Dear Jan, these sites have a lot of photos of Amma with children, animals, etc.. Click on all of the places you can click on the pages, and you fill find a lot of nice pictures. If the photo does not come up on the page, then click 1:1, and it usually comes up. http://photos.amritapuri.org/amma/ http://photos.amritapuri.org/ This page has a picture of Amma when She was younger. http://www.ammachi.org/amma/early-years.html Good luck with your presentation. Guest guest
Namah Shivaya. Can't help you with the pic part of your post but am responding to this: > Also, I was thinking of driving up to Detroit next month for Devi > Bhava. How large of a crowd is there normally at that one? We had over 2000 last year due to local news coverage. Because Amma is becoming more and more known, we expect more this year. Can anyone tell me what > Detroit is like? The smallest event will probably be Wed. morning in Dearborn at the Holiday Inn (same site as last year). Wed. evening program at that same site will probably be smaller as well compared to Devi Bhava. The Devi Bhava program is in a hotel located in the Detroit Airport. So not really in Detroit. And this site is much larger than the Holiday Inn site for Devi Bhava last year so it should be much more comfortable despite the big crowd. Hope that helps you make plans and hope you and your friends will attend. In Amma's grace, premarupa Aum Amriteshvaryai Namah
