I've got all my physical things in order, suitcase, yoga clothes, incense, a travel guitar-getting ready for the retreat in Michigan with Ammachi. It reminds me of meeting a lover, as I get a tingling feeling, the anticipation coming on like a quiet roar, not unlike the OM sound. Except in this case, the romance is quite Divine, if you catch my drift. I am very much looking forward to these four days next week. I feel like dancing and singing and just being in Amma's energy. She always turns the hotel into an astral palace. It never ceases to amaze me. And it's so hard to sleep for long in that energy. I end up simultaneously being charged with energy and having had so little sleep. But i wouldn't trade it for anything.
