Speaking of Green Wrist Tea.

Since I was on the road a lot the past couple of weeks, I figured out a way

to make the tea without using the twigs.

 

Get kukichu tea bags, add a little sliced ginger and the paste made from

umeboshi and kuzu. I was able to make this using the hotel coffee maker by

running water through the coffee maker into the pot with the tea bag and

sliced ginger, letting it sit on warm for awhile to seep and then stirring

in the umeboshi and kuzu.

 

When I didn't do this, my arm started to get that stain.

So I know it works!
