The Amma quotes from Bob Dodge that I posted here are from Bob

himself, FIRSTHAND. He talked to the physicist in one case (not from

a book) and he actually listened to Amma in the second case. Bob is a

reliable guy. Also, I believe that Amma does not fit any mold of

orthodoxy that we might want to comfortably put her in.

 

I think that Amma, like the Krishna Avatar rarely reveals herself

directly, but uses a divine play of hide and seek. One moment she

blesses you with such amounts of Shakti that you almost can't bare

it, and the next moment she is scolding Swamiji and rubbing her nose.

Ocasionally we get a glimpse of who Amma is.

 

But aren't we the same with Amma?, Aren't we also divine creatures

playing at being ignorant "humans" who only wake up for brief moments

at a time (all we can bare for a while)? What an enthralling play.
