Guest guest
Dear Krishna Prasad, As soon as I started looking up how do do what you suggest below I discovered that although it will work, it will be difficult to manage. With a account, Kenna will not be able to read and send Ammachi list messages with her email program. Instead, she will have to send/receive list mail separately with a web browser. She is very sorry, but she doesn't want to do this, so she will not be following your suggestion. However, I have a possible solution for you. From now on all real messages from Kenna to the list will end their subject lines with Jai Ma! You can set up a filter in your email program, or if you use web mail, in your email account. You can block messages from Kenna unless the subject line contains Jai Ma! For a mail account, you can do this by clicking on Mail Options on the upper right on your Mail Home page. Then, under Spam, click Filters. On the Filters page, click Add, and you will see how to add a filter that does what I have suggested. Just select From header contains k_en_na (AT) me_rr (DOT) com, subject line does not contain Jai Ma!, and Move message to Trash. For an email program, the help files can assist you in setting up a filter. (Please remove the underlines from the email addresses. I put those in an attempt to frustrate spammers who use software to scan lists for valid email addresses.) My apologies if you already knew how to do this and I have been wasting your time with my instructions. And I haven't tried this, so I hope it works!
