TOWARDS TRUSTING MOTHER

Aloha ALL,

TO-Robin,Please take my advice since Im not using it-Trust your Self.

You will know whether it is right for you to go see Mother in person

or not.

The truth is you could go all the way to Iowa to see Mother, wake up

early get in the question line, ask Her and have HEr say, OK Sit, Ill

pray for you...! -Just like She did with my friend who flew all the

way to Seattle from Maui to meet Amma for the first time and to ask

HEr a burning question she had for months. She sat for six hours. Amma

would look at her occasionally but ended the darshan with no answer.

She had also asked for a name and was told at the end of the six

hours- Amma will be giving no names today. This was her first

experience of Mother which was rare because usually when your new Amma

is usually easier on you and gives you alot ont he outside but the

loger youre with her the more she seems to ignore you so that you find

her within.This is her magnanimous love and you always know

it/recognize it as her huge love even while your ego is screaming for

attention form HER.Everyone was amazed my friend got such special

treatment, I (My ego) was worried that She wasnt going to belive in

AMma anymore. Wheres my trust in Mother?

ANyway,Im saying that before you drive all the way there with any

expectations, She doesnt always answer our questions in the way the

mind wants. And it sounds to me like you already have a strong inner

connection with Amma and AMma usually encourages us to go deeper and

deeper within. Even sitting next to Her facilitates this inner looking

trememndously- so I highly recommend it at all costs to rejuvenate the

soul but just a note that SHe has infinite ways of answering your

qustions and sometimes She doesnt even have to be present.

 

I would also like to share a story.

 

For my 30th brithday, I wanted so much to be with AMMA. I have never

spent a birthday with her but have witnessed countless people

receiving specail birthday darshans, complete with a big red apple

gift from MOther with a smiling Happy Birthday in English.

AMma was in Australia nd I was trying to figure out if I could

manifest two thousnad to flyt o Autralia for aweek and do the Gold

Coast Retreat.l;Every day, I would swim in the ocean and pretend the

nearby island of Molokini was Australia and AMma was sitting there

with open armas encouraging me to swim a little further. It seemed

easier for me to swim all the way to Australia then to make the money

to get there.

When my birthday came, my heart was heavy with hER ABSENCE. My friend,

also a devotee suggested we do bhajans at Baby Beach, the beach Amma

visited 13 years ago while here in Maui. We played in the water,

singing bhajans loudly and pretending we were swimmming with Mother.

Then we built an incredible sand sculpture of Amma with charcoal for

hair, shells for eyes, complete with a fresh flower mala and rudraksa

malas on her neck, wrists and ankles out of these seeds lying around

that looked like rudraksas. my friend Sunanda found a bhajan sticka nd

a twig bent exactly int he shape of AMma's microphone head piece.

Some passerbys felt he Divine Energya nd watned to be part of it,when

a girl asked how she could help...I asked her to try to find something

red which I would use for the bindi. She didnt know what a bindi was

but found immediately a red pen lid in the sand.Its tip was red with

silver around it. I stuck it between Mothers eyebrows and it was

perfection Devi Manifest. We sang bhajans with her. A few people from

our satsang came which was so nice because our satsang has really been

hurting.

The next day I got eh best news of my life -from Swami in Australia

with Mother that Amma wanted me to earn the renunciate fee and come to

India.

But the most amazing thing was that when i went on tour,I heard and

saw pictures from Ammas last day in Australia. Less than twelve hours

after we were on the beach pretending to swim with Her and making a

sculpture of Her, Mother took a surprise detour from the plan to go to

the airport and brought everyone to the beach where she played, danced

with open arms, and sat in the water making sand sculptures. There

are pictures...I couldnt believe it. I am sure she was responding to

her children missing her so much. Or maybe more children all over were

calling her in similar ways and she responded so, but it is

unbelievable. In such ways, She answers all our questions and deepest

desires.

PS I wanted to buy these pictures while on tour but there were som any

and I couldnt decide but now I wish I had a few. Is anyone willing to

pick some up for me with some tulasi extract at a later tour stop if I

send you the money beforehand?
