Namah Shivaya,

This website has a description of daily practices suggested by Amma (or

Amritapuri - Her ashram in India) for those wishing to incorporate them:

http://www.amritapuri.org/cultural/daily/practice.htm

Listed are things like waking prayers, what to chant before a meal, etc.

In Amma,

Gabriela

Om Namah Shivayah,

>From this child's very limited understanding, the Bhojana mantra

comes from the Gita (Chapter 4, sloka 24) which can be found here:

http://www.bhagavad-gita.org/Gita/verse-04-24.html

It is transliterated, translated, and also available as an audio

file! It helps a lot, when trying to learn the mantra.

Om Namah Shivayah!

With love,

At Amma's feet,

Niseema

Om Namah Shivayah,

We can also access most of the other mantras/slokas mentioned on the

Amritapuri website here:

http://www.hindunet.org/day_as_hindu/prayers.htm

Most are found in audio format.

Jai Ma!
