Guest guest
[Ranjeesh K R.] << [Ranjeesh K R.] Inaugurating a national workshop on "Acoustic analysis of speech" here, Prof. Ramakrishna said the scientific arrangement of alphabets of Devanagiri script was in accordance with the pronunciation of sounds. "This is not found in any other language in the world," Prof. Ramakrishna said. Prof. Ramakrishna described Panini as the first researcher in the field of acoustics. [Ranjeesh K R.] >> Yep yep .. It is applicable to the mantra , chanting LS , singing bhajans and all.. Even in many of the bhajans proper sanskrit words are used to stir the consciousness. The repetition of those sacred combinations stimulates the spirit. It looks like even behind many of the traditional music and dance forms there is an enlightened vision. Many of them were very very slow to to take not only the performer but even the listener to a meditative state .. oops .. enough enough .. dishum dishum .. too much of information will spoil the innocent attittude of a sadhak. hey hey .. That is why amma is not telling the science behind all the stuffs.. because if that innocent love is replaced with intelligence , the whole beauty of the journey will be lost . So while chanting and singing give a proper stress at proper places ( like ....eemm , ....aaamm and all ) .. In the beginning of chanting you can start at a faster pace , but towards the second half slow down more and more .. at the end of it you should be able watch that silent space in your heart . Keep on watching .. On one day It will blossom with amma's blessings.. never feel that it is a time waste . and never ever miss a chance to chant and sing in a group as the effect gets multiplied .. ok?. with lots of luv At amma's children's service Your little brother " We care about you, We care about the people around us"
