Dear Aikya ~ the main reason to choose one day (not a limitation really) is the power of everyone who decides to participate all praying on the same day. Did you know that some people do extra spiritual practices on Tuesdays. Others do extra things on Saturday. Others do extra spiritual disciplines on ekadashi, the 11th day of the moon cycle.
