Guest guest
Om Namah Shivaya brothers and sisters, I found out today that the mother of my poetry instructor is in the hospital and possibly facing death. There is something wrong with her spine, which is why it is so serious. The mother's name is Nona. I was hoping that some of you might keep her in your thoughts, maybe write her name on your hand as a prayer reminder throughout the day. For those of you practicing the IAM technique, I will be keeping her in heart/mind while doing the steps focused particularly on the spine. If any of you wouldn't mind doing the same maybe during one day's meditation, that would be wonderful. Of course Amma says to pray for all beings before an individual, so Om Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om Nona! peacelovempathy, vandya
