Guest guest
Aum Amriteswaryai Namaha! Dear brothers & sisters, Part of Swami Ramakrishnanda Puri's Talk in Michigan: As human beings we have many relationship in this life. Our relationship with our children, husband, wife, brothers, sisters, aunts & uncles. Animals do not have this kind of relationship. Take a cat for e.g. It wouldn't know who its uncle cat or aunt cat is. But we as human beings have special relationships with other human beings : my mother, my father, my son. Take the case of a Mahatmas like Amma: If there was another Mahatma like Amma, fine there is another Mahatma and Amma will continue Her work - which is 'giving' - staying up all night and hugging 6000 devotees on devi bhava day.( It will be nice though if she shared the work with another Mahatma). There is no desire on Her part to meet the other Mahatma or to acknowledge or to pay respect. She just let things be as is and continues to give, whereas we as mother or father or friend or whatever role we are playing have expectations and when these expectations are not met, we are upset.e.g I helped my friend a lot but she did not say "Thank you". My daughter has not called me for the past one month etc. In Amma, ambika The all-new My – What will yours do?
