Guest guest
Namah Shivaya. Just looked at the slides from Bangalore. What is a sani puja? Also, can anyone on this list tell the story of Amma stepping on the needle at AV50? I¹ve only heard it told very indirectly. In Amma¹s grace, premarupa

Guest guest
hmmm .. Normally as a part of amma's temple visits ( brahmastanam ) there will be special group pujas which will be done by the participants ( not by the priest which is the traditional approach ) that too sani puja will be done in amma's presence . It is very very powerful !!! .. Do not miss it .. especially for my western siblings I will highly recommend it . Plan half of your HOLYday in the ashram and the other half travelling with amma. sani in indian languages means saturn planet . Through the puja we are simply burning the negative effects of past karma(actions) and polishing our aura . If you do the archana + pujas of 2-3 temples continuously (Along with amma) then meditating is like having a cup of icecream. >From energy balancing point of view it is the western group who needs this more. But to my knowledge, In the west it is not done. It may be beacuse there are no brahmastanam temples there. Another reason may be there is high possibility that the media will try to criticize our group as a cult group and all . I am not sure on this .. hmmm .. looks like amma started listening to my prayer after 2 years of testing me .. khurrr !!! .. lol .. hmm .. I got the offer letter from HP ( Hewlett-Packard ) Bangalore on saturday .. ha haa!!! even though I was trying a lot for last so many months it happened only after amma's visit here. . I will join them after a month . Needs your blessings to take up the challenges of the new job with a smile Namah shivayah your little brother Ranjeesh ) Message: 1 Sat, 12 Feb 2005 20:27:38 -0600 Kenna <itskenna what is a sani puja? Guest guest
Eda Ranjeesh!! Congratulations on your new job. Exit Carly, and enter Ranjeesh eh? Sani pooja is offered in most temples in the US; of the the pooja when done in Amma's presence is supremely beneficial and auspicious. This pooja is highly recommended for those undergoing Saddhe sati/kantaka shani or shani is transitting houses 6,8 or 12 from natal moon or lagna. Guest guest
Namah shivayah One main challenge will be to create fund for this locally. another is to ensure enough people will be there in the group satsangs and archanas . Once you are sure of both, through local swamies approach amma .. simple is n't it ? .. heyy !!! yourself being a yoga teacher can do a lot.. People doing yoga will be more sensitive to energy. "ONCE IN A WEEK" you can try out the following steps in the class if possible.. 1) Do your normal yoga practices 2) Sing some really energetic bhajans with the people with the cassette.. Sing together in one voice 3) silence 4) Read out one sweet quote from amma's book 5) silence 6) Let the cycle be .. music ( 5-10 mins ) watching the breath / feelings of the heart (3-5 mins) quote watching music ( 5-10 mins ) ... 3 rounds By this time they may get a glimpse of meditation. later you can introduce amma to them . Later can form a bigger gang of amma's angels with puja archana etc .. start in small way .. with your patience and amma's grace it will grow .. I guarrentee .. Again very simple is n't it ?.. hmmm ?.... ) with luv and laughter your little brother << Ammachi, Prajna - Brianna <prajnaji> wrote: > Do you think there will ever be a brahmasthanam temple > here in america?
