Guest guest Posted February 17, 2005 Report Share Posted February 17, 2005 Hi! 7 years ago I got a mantra from Amma when she was in Paris, I haven't used it regulary and once I have also revealed it to my friend who has received a mantra from Amma, I was still too young and "stupid"... Now I would like to know if it's possible for me to meditate with that mantra again, this time following exactly the rules, and still getting good results in my spiritual growth even though I haven't used constantly for long time and it is not anymore secret.Or should I get another mantra?
