Amma's hair

Dear Brother and Sisters,

thank you to all of you you responded to my post about Amma's hair.

For some reason I have been thinking about Amma's hair.

The recent auction by the San Ramon Center had hair brushes with

Amma's hair in it. I thought about trying to bid on one, and get it as

a birthday present for my friend Vani; but then thought that she would

be too worried whether or not the hair strand had lice on it, and

might not enjoy it as a birthday present.

So, I left that idea. Vani was very worried after we returned from

AV 50 that she had brought lice back with her.

Myself, I could not manage to have long hair unless Amma changed me

physically, or She told that it was good for me.

Thanks again to all of you.

I appreciate our group.

In Amma,

sarama

All I know from seeing her room after she left Fairfield is that she somehow

manages to go through a whole bottle of shampoo in two days. Maybe she uses

it for soap, but she used the soap we provided too.

How do you know Amma alone used the shampoo and soap? It would be just like

Her to share it with others in Her group who have to travel light and have

very little.

I guess Lakshmi might have used the same shower, so maybe she used it.

Otherwise, I think it stayed in there the whole time, but as the person who

started this thread pointed out, this is a pretty trivial consideration.

The skeptics finally have their answer! It's all hugs

and chocolate in the public eye, but as soon as the

lights go out, it's the biggest soap and shampoo heist

imaginable! Little do we know that the doors on many

rooms at Amritapuri cannot be opened for fear of being

buried in the giant stockpile of soap and shampoo that

would come pouring out.

No one is completely sure what she intends to do with

it all, but many suspect that world domination or

maybe showering is part of the plan. In any event,

it's going to be a sparkling clean future, that's for

sure.

It's very wacky, but at least we have uncovered the

truth.

Love,

Romi
