Guest guest
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Amma, Thank you all for sending in names for prayers. I have received many notes from people saying the prayers are helping. Blessings to all of you for participating in this seva. Again, I believe it would be a good idea to outwardly (verbally) or inwardly, whichever suits the individual person, state the intention that "I am saying this prayer for these people," and then to outwardly or inwardly say their names. The names for this week's Prayer Group are: Amritavarshini Joan Avallone Joseph Avallone Marianne Benforado and Family Thorkell Bjarnson Sreemata Braubach Jessie Clyde Burleson Dana Amy Dawn Baskaran Bindu Renata Carico Christine Vian Charbonneau Lori Guidinglight Connor Caroline Cottom Cater Family Cory Ellen and Christine Crowl Dana Ram Dass Dierdre Richard Esposito Soul of Terri Fish Brian, Tyler, Tyler, Andrew and Ellie Fish Dawn Fisher Varada Ford Barbara Ferguson GeorgeSon John Gradus Soley Hardardottir Norm Hollingshead Ingrid and Family Iza and Family Harry Jennings Helen and Family Jeffrey and Iris Allen Johnson Themba Kelley Ellen Lamb Dale and Sue Langdon Evelyn Langdon Fe Langdon Rose Langdon Zoe Langdon Les Linda Rae Sylvia Loebach Halli Logason Karen Looney and son Ari Patricia Mackey Joe Mackey Mani Mark Matthew Ferguson Masters Kelley Masters Jon Masters Christopher Masters Amber McAlister Josie Meunier Michael C. Some of the suggestions are: * to say the Aum Amriteswaryai Namah (a mala or as many or as few as is comfortable) * to say your own mantra given by Amma, or some other mantra you feel especially drawn to * to say the 108 Names of Amma * to pray in any other way that suits you * to say the Mahamrtumjaya Mantra (I suggest 21 times, but again, as many or as few as is comfortable. Mantra: tryambakam yajamahe sugandhim pushtivarddhanam urruvarukamiva bandhanan mrtyor mukshi ymamrtat It has been suggested that people could use these names and continue to pray each day or any one or more days during the week, however, the official PRAYER GROUP DAY will be SUNDAY. I would like to suggest, and again this is only a suggestion that people can do or not do, that we end with: Om Lokaah Samastaa Sukhinoh Bhavantu (May all Beings be Happy) and Shant Shanti Shanti

Guest guest
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Amma ~ today is the day to begin sending in names for this week's prayer list. You have up until Thursday to submit names. Please send your requests to my personal email: _Nierika_ (Nierika) I also respond to requests that are posted in the digest, including those people on the list. This is a wonderful seva, and I have just received another letter from someone in India who said his prayers had been answered. So your participation is very much appreciated.
