Amma and Cult

Just wanted to chime in with my two cents,

After I told a friend of mine about my first Amma experience he said "Oh are

you joining a cult now?"

Probably because I described seeing Amma as seeing the face of God.

Anyway, I'm not in a cult because I don't know any cult members, no one has

ever ever ever asked me for any money. It is free to see Amma (unless paying

for a retreat) and noone has ever pushed me to recruit more members.

It may seem "cult like" to others because when talking about Amma we get so

excited, our eyes light up and because sincerely I do want the people I love

to meet Amma, it is the most beautiful experience and I want to share it.

Cults get one person rich, the leader. Amma uses her donations to feed

orphans, name one other cult that does that!

Just my two cents!
