I did not get any vaccinations when I went there and others I traveled with did not either. I came back with a slight cold. A lot of people got e coli which was treated with anti biotics. Be aware that for Westerners cuts take much longer to heal, especially on the foot, so if you happen to step on a rusty nail...... tetanus shot might be good idea.
