My wife just corrected me on the story. She thinks that the thief is

6 or 7 years old. anyway, he is precocious.

He's 7. A story was posted earlier in the summer about how he told Amma he

had three questions, said he wanted to be her disciple, etc. Remember that

one?

and swamis.

Remember that one?"

Jai Maa, Rick! This is the same boy???!!!! Wow! i have goose bumps! i

remember the earlier story about that boy very well, as it really

made an impression on me! When i heard the story a little while ago,

about this little Chocolate thief, it immediately brought to mind the

little boy who "wanted to be Her disciple and go to live at the

Ashram!" i remember him sitting next to Her that time also. i

remember about his fasting, etc. i really am wondering even more now

about just who this little "precocious" 7 going on 7 thousand year

old boy is! Very interesting!

Aum Amriteshwaryai Namaha!

His name is Vajraang, and I had the pleasure of meeting him and his

parents this Saturday at the Atlanta satsang.

His parents are interesting looking people. Very bright, thin and kind of

ascetic looking.

I have a good memory of meeting Vajraang at the New York program this

year- he came over to the family table, where I was doing seva, with

his mother for a while. I had been there all evening and was thinking

about going to get some food. He promptly told me "you should go and

rest"! I complied, not before delightedly watching he and another

girl playfully boppng each other on the head with the balloons that

were festooning the seva table. The joy was so infectious that I

couldn't help gigling along with them but I had to tell them to move

(which they did) to the side to make room for the people entering

the hall...After which he suddenly ran back to the stage to sit at

Amma's side, surveying all the people like he was born for it!
