We were waiting for Amma to arrive at the hotel she was staying at during the program when sure enough, there came the little chocolate thief to wait with us. He always seemed to be in the center of the action. "Its all Amma's grace, It's all Amma's grace", he repeated sagely. We had to agree. He then began to hand us all flower petals. "throw these at Amma's feet before she comes" , he instructed us as he handed us the petals. Then he began to organize the people at the door. "Stand back and make room for Amma." We were laughing so hard by now, that we couldn't help ourselves. This pint size Swami was organizing the show... Dear ckeniley ~ what a marvelous story; what a daring child! I can just see it. And, after all, he did get what he wanted, Amma's personal meditation instruction. There is something to be said for boldness here, I think. And was not Krishna affectionately known as the little butter thief. There seems to be a precedence here. : ) Thank you for sharing this charming story.
