I won't guess whether the RSS, the Rationalists, the Communist Party of Kerala, or some other group are behind a plot to assassinate Amma, but IMHO Pavithran did not act alone any more than Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. The Report of the Warren Commission belongs in the fiction section of the public library, but I digress. I have no doubt that Pavithan was just a tool in a larger conspiracy.
