Guest guest Posted September 4, 2005 Report Share Posted September 4, 2005 This catastrophe, as with all others, are times when we can look within ourselves and see what we can offer and give to others. I personally decided today to stop judging and blaming the government for what they did or didn't do in the Gulf states. Pointing fingers doesn't help anyone, not now! Starting this moment, I will take every oppotunity to make a difference. Besides donating money, I will volunteer with the Red Cross. I will donate blood and clothes. I will pray daily for the deceased , the evacuees, the relief workers and our troops in the devastated areas... May we all come together and support each other. May this tragedy teach us how love, unity and determination can rebuild anything. Remember, thoughts become actions --- so, let our focus be on positive results and miracles in the Gulf states and in all places where the evacuees are.
