Prayer for Simplicity and Strength

by Amarnath

Please bless us with Your civine strength and wisdom. Fill our hearts

with Your Love and Compassion.

Make our faith simple, innocent and strong that Amma provides all our

spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical needs.

Please make our minds simple, innocent and kind--weak in wrong and

strong in goodness.

Mother, please protect us from the distractions and danger of the

world. Help us to be aware of Your presence in our hearts always.

At first, I thought I'd say Morning Prayer number 1 some days and

Monring Prayer #2 on other days but I have become quite fond of both o

them and feel that my day has not started quite right if I haven't

said both.

Thank you for sharing these, Aikya (and Amarnath)... somehow I missed the

original postings of these by Amarnath. They are both very uplifting and

wonderful to start the day with!
