Guest guest
Namaste Linda and all, I love the writings of Don Miguel Ruiz - I recommend anyone to read his books. He comes from a long line of medicine men/shamans of Mexico.... of the Toltec lineage. He has this book of prayers, which talks about different topics, then gives a prayer for each subject. He also has a book called The Mastery of Love, and The Four Agreements. The books are fairly inexpensive... maybe $10 or so for smaller paperback sizes. His teachings are very much similar to Amma's - love, forgiving and letting go, service and care for others, etc. Very enlightening to read, and I have read each book several times, enjoyably. Help me to deliver this message to my own mind, to that part of me that is always judging and abusing me. Let me deliver this message to that part of me that judges other humans. Beginning today, help me to free my mind from all the false messages I deliver to myself, to every human, to every life form on this beautiful planet... Dear Bela and All ~ this is so beautiful. I made a copy and printed it out so I could use it for prayer. I would also like to humbly suggest, for those who are inclined, that this may be a prayer they would like to include as part of our Prayer Group seva. I don't want to add it to the prayer list page due to the length, but people who are interested in using it for this purpose, can print it out. Also, I am creating a folder in the files section called "Prayers." I will put Amarnath's prayer there and this one also and any others that touch me. I invite others to do the same.
