Guest guest
Jai Ma As many of you know, my dear dear husband has been searching for a job in his field for just two months shy of THREE YEARS now. Well, it seems my prayers may be answered, starting next week. He has an interview Monday of next week for a really big company around Syracuse, NY. The hiring manager has basically told him that the job is his and told him that they would be willing to pay for relocation and all of that. I am SO EXCITED! I can't even believe it! Praying harder than ever... Erica
Guest guest
Namaste Erica, That's wonderful news! I know it's been a long time. Be sure to have good goulashes and get your snow shovel ready. But I guess you're used to cold and snow. I've spent a lot of time in NY State - closer to Buffalo. Lived there until I was 10 and then visited there frequently for decades after that. It is really beautiful there. You'll be starting a whole new chapter of your life! Mother will be there, of course. Jai MA! Guest guest
Hi Erica, My best wishes to you and your husband. I just got back from Buffalo, NY for a technical conference where I was presenting a paper. Now interestingly we had a banquet on Monday night, and I was introduced to the CS Department chief. After chatting with him for a while, I told him that he seemed familiar to me (though I have never heard his name before nor have i met him before); after probing for a while, he told me that he was a serious Amma devotee LOL, I guess thats why he seemed so familiar to me. These days, it almost seems like I can smell out devotees of Amma :-). Anyway, it appears that there are some very serious Amma devotees and satsangs in Northern NY, so you wont be alone out there. If you are interested, I can send you this person's email id and I am sure he will be able to help you out in any manner (he is a very helpful sort of a person and apparently is a good friend of Bala). Best wishes, -yogaman Ammachi, "Erica" <sugarandbrine> wrote: > > Jai Ma > > As many of you know, my dear dear husband has been searching for a job > in his field for just two months shy of THREE YEARS now. Guest guest
What a wonderful note! What a great experience to meet a serious Amma devotee at a technical conference. You really do have your Amma-radar working! Good for you.
