And, as always, your kindness and support has absolutely overwhelmed me - thank you for the cards, prayers, and well wishes. Such love is truly humbling and awe-inspiring at the same time. I am still in the hospital (5 1/2 weeks now!) but improving daily; I'm strong enough to sit up now so my husband and step son rigged me up a lap-top so I could get back in touch. As before, my days have been horrific and blessed at the same time. Mother always seems close now and I am still trusting Her to lead me along the path She would have me follow; acceptance is easier some days than others but I suspect that's as it has to be for a while yet. I'll write more later but just wanted to say hi. Your sister in Amma, Dixie/Snehalata PS Aikya, has Carol's new trial been conducted? Carol still has not heard word from her attorneys about a court date for her hearing. We were all ready for the hearing to be over in August.
