Guest guest
Dear Amarnath - thank you SO much for posting this! It's a beautiful prayer, and one I certainly will save and put to use. I think many times one of the most difficult chores for us to perform is to forgive our enemies... and at times when we maye have so many negative feelings for them, to pray for them and love them. ¸..• ´¨¨)) -:¦:- ¸.•´ .•´¨¨)) ((¸¸.•´ ..•´ -:¦:- ..::Brightest Blessings::.. -:¦:- ((¸¸.•´.¸..•` ..::Bela::.. "Like nectar in the fresh morning flower, let goodness fill you. The heart that unfolds all its petals spreading the fragrance of goodness is the choicest offering at the altar of God" - Amma _____ Ammachi [Ammachi] On Behalf Of amarnath Wednesday, December 14, 2005 10:10 PM Ammachi Forgiveness Prayer ~ another version ~ Dear God, please help us to forgive and forget the mistakes of others including all our enemies Dear God, please help us to surrender at Your Feet all our frustrations, anger, jealousy, and selfishness Dear God, please fill us with Your Love and Light with every inhalation Dear God, please help us to let go and relax, with every exhalation, and become aware of Your Everpresent Peace and Silence Dear God, please help us to feel Your Golden Healing Light vibrating in every cell of our body Thank You God ! ~ for God you may substitute Amma, Christ, Krisha, etc. also, for "us" use "me" if it feels better. Amma has mentioned that we should learn to relax at every moment no matter what we are doing. Perhaps one way is to practice letting go and relaxing with every exhalation.
