I've spoken to a couple devotees who have taken that tour numerous times and my impression so far is- pack light, and prepare for huge crowds (e.g. 30,000) at each stop and long stretches on the bus without a break. Punctuated with amazing roadside satsangs nad bhajan singing in the bus with Amma. This is all second hand of course and I'm sure there's someone here on the list who can provide you with more info.
