Oh wow, the inner feelings even now, are indescribable." Here comes a warning. If you cannot stand to see a man gush click off this post. I will now let it rip. THAT INNER EXPERIENCE IS BEYOND DESCRIPTION. WHY? IT IS ANANDA (BLISS) We are being given a sampling of Ananda when Amma pinches our check because She knows that is what we loved as a child. Why should we do sadhana? Why make sacrifiece (tapas)? Why give up movies and french fries and dating and eggnog pleasure here there everywhere WHAT THE HECK FOR!!!!!!! Because there is a greater pleasure. Let us be sophistiated about pleasure. Why settle for the petty bliss of a jiva's embrace. Why settle for the momentary tingle of sensuality? Amma is giving us a foretaste of one hundred million times more pleasure One hundred billion times more satisfaction. The Nectar from the Mother of Bliss. Beyond Description. Beyond Compare I PRAY THAT THE DIVINE GIVE ME THE STRENGTH TO SEEK NECTAR AND NOT STALE SIX DAY OLD SEVEN UP. G-Son ________ DSL – Something to write home about. Just $16.99/mo. or less. dsl. Guest guest
Namah Shivaya Hey GeorgeSonji, I do not mind at all the sight of a man gushing. It is quite refreshing. And I totally agree that chasing after transient sense pleasures is a total loss when we have that love waiting for us. I think that love, that bliss is so very much BIGGER than we are able to experience or imagine! The six day old Seven-up (bleah!) is there to remind us of what we are missing. So with the eggnog and everything else. Just a little temptation, maybe contrast even, so that when we go back to that love our hearts open even wider than before. Our hearts have to be really open, really big - otherwise how can we merge with Mother, the One, with a tiny, hard, closed up heart? Oh to lose this mind - handy as it is upon occasion, and be just one big heart!. GeorgeSonji - you are SO RIGHT!
