Dear Amarnath ~ this is a bit of an experience, and, as usual, I'm a bit

behind. I really appreciate what you wrote about the breath (cited below),

especially the part about Dr.

Martin. I am especially going to work at #3. My bloating is getting so bad

that within 15 minutes after waking up, before I have eaten anything or taken

any of my meds, my bloating goes (from a scale of 1 - 10) from a 7 to a 9. It

is so awful ... uncomfortable, at times (usually as the day progresses)

painful; I get nausea, and by the end of the day I feel like I'm carrying an 8

pound baby. I find myself lowering myself onto the couch the same way a

pregnant woman would ... very gingerly. ARGH ... anyway, you've provided me

many

things to help me work with this, and I thank you very much for all of them.

Hugs ~ Linda

P.S. I googled Dr. Martin and couldn't find anything. Has he written any

books?
