Guest guest
I already know this will be taken the wrong way (ahhh negativity!!!), but I'm confused: 1. Temba's story, if someone took the time to discriminate, is not much different than others' "conversion" story in ANY religion. Conversion isn't a sign of spiritual attainment, just God's/guru's grace. Like the difference between Swami Nealu and Dayamrita. Dayamrita's story is one of conversion, like many of the early swami's, as Sw. Nealu tells in his autobiography of his harsh treatment by them. 2. Being inspired to share Amma with others is one thing I think most of us share. But it sounds like Temba's getting to the point of being a "missionary" of sorts. ***Amma doesn't teach this, and I've already seen devotees of Amma and of other gurus try to do this (in contrary to their guru's teachings) in which it really wastes the aspirants time, making them self-focused, or at least providing a convenient distraction to one's own growth. In some cases it has had a negative effect. Hey Amarnath, don't get me banned from the Temba list... just kidding. I know you revere him, but I had to comment. Tell Temba alot of public libraries have free net service these days, it's how I surf. tom Ammachi, "amarnath" <anatol_zinc wrote: > > om amriteswaryai namaha, > > temba is in california meeting with various youth groups. last meeting > was at a BOYS CLUB. he said, there were about 80 people including > local leaders and teachers of non-violence and peace. the walls were > covered with many known world leaders like martin luther king, gandhi, > etc, etc. > > temba presented them with Amma's biography and various Humanitarian > Books by Amma. some teachers said they would start including Amma's > teachings in their classes. !!! > > temba does not have access to email or much time right now. will be > nice to get his words when he does have some time. > > amma's blessings, > amarnath >

AMMA in the form of a few dedicated devotees have alloowed hundreds to see HER FACE and to learn about their MOTHER.everyone understands the message of LOVE through words and deeds.everyone deserves to know that the PERFECT EXAMPLE AND EMBODIMENT OF LOVE is among us . our AWARENESS of HER ALL EXPANSIVE LOVE has begun to stretch and witnessing this keeps our hearts full.when this child was in the hospital with a bullit in his chest ,or sleeping in a cardboard box somewhere lonely and sprung out,he didnt have the slightest idea that his MOTHER was holding him all the time.he had now idea that he was in fact being PURIFIED by his MOTHERS DIVINE LOVE. AMMAs sun has discovered that he still is in the purification process and this service blessed by our MOTHER is doing just that. this child now wants for others to have more then he wants for himself.this is the experience of this heart.this is HER GRACE.this is HER DIVINE PURIFICATION.HER GRACE is the ultimate factor in everything we do.it is not us but HER love through us that has made all of this so effortless. i am the illusion.AMMA is THE REALITY.i am nothing.SHE IS EVERYTHING."INNOCENT DESIRE",is something AMMA placed in this heart.there is no yours and mine .it is ALL HERS. accept and embrace, but take no credit for anything.this gift AMMA has given us as a sacred formula in order to keep our hearts forever full. in all love ,your brother AMMAs sun >"amarnath" <anatol_zinc >Ammachi >Ammachi > some news from temba >Thu, 30 Mar 2006 03:23:02 -0000 > >om amriteswaryai namaha, > >temba is in california meeting with various youth groups. last meeting >was at a BOYS CLUB. he said, there were about 80 people including >local leaders and teachers of non-violence and peace. the walls were >covered with many known world leaders like martin luther king, gandhi, >etc, etc. > >temba presented them with Amma's biography and various Humanitarian >Books by Amma. some teachers said they would start including Amma's >teachings in their classes. !!! > >temba does not have access to email or much time right now. will be >nice to get his words when he does have some time. > >amma's blessings, >amarnath > > > > > _______________ FREE pop-up blocking with the new MSN Toolbar – get it now! http://toolbar.msn.click-url.com/go/onm00200415ave/direct/01/
