COL Ltrs Seeks Recipients!

Om Namah Shivaya,

 

As you may know, Amma's Circle of Love, (COL), letter writing seva, sends

uplifting cards & letters to persons who desire support for a variety of

reasons. Sickness, grieving, isolation, & major life changes are just a few of

the reasons people have received COL letters. Recipients don't need to be

devotees of Amma, & writers are directed to respect each recipient's spiritual

path.

 

Amma's COL is now seeking new letter recipients! So, if you know of someone who

may appreciate COL correspondence for a few months, or longer, please ask if

they would indeed like COL letters. Then e-mail the recipient's address, e-mail

address (if available) & reason(s) for participation, to COL's letter writing

coordinator: Aikya. If the recipient's e-mail address isn't

available, then Aikya will need the referring person's full name & address.

Feel free to send in your own name, if you would enjoy letters. Although

responses to COL letters are very much enjoyed, they aren't expected.

>From a Hurricane Rita victim: "I really appreciate your love and kindness;

please let everyone know that I really appreciate all the encouragement.

Sometimes it feels like everyone has forgotten that the aftermath of the

hurricane is still a problem being dealt with and is not over."

 

>From an incarcerated person: "When you write me and tell me how God is working

in your life, that inspires me even more to continue to give love. It makes me

happy when people share their stories with me of how God has worked in their

life. I thank you for the guidelines you sent me for spiritual growth."

 

>From a recipient & writer: “I think this is such a great service this program -

hearing the feedback you send and the personal experience I have when I receive

letters, it really helps through the rough times to know that you are not

forgotten. More people should know about it!”
