Guest guest
Om Namah Sivaya all, Amma has blessed me once again with a gift that shows me just how much she is looking out for my daughter and I. I mentioned in my intro post a little while back that my daughter is a paraplegic. She has planned to go on the tour this summer, which of course has caused a bit of worry on all of our minds, she being out there on the road for 2 months. Her husband, Mahesvara, has to stay behind due to work, and due to my financial situation, i couldn't see how I could possibly take the time off. Early last week, another member of this group and a dear friend, called me to tell me that an insurance settlement from an injury years ago was forthcoming and that she "tithed" to spiritual causes and that she would take care of the tour costs for me to go with Misha! I don't think my feet have touched the ground since then. I have been repeatedly shown that when the path leads to our Mother, obstacles just seem to disappear. So a question to the list: This is new to Misha and I and any suggestions as to how to go about getting all the arrangements done would sure be appreciated. Do I understand correctly that all the retreats on the tour have accomodations available for the 2 nights in the retreat and we will need to make our own arrangements for the rest? I have looked at the travel exchange on amma.org and see lots of postings looking to share and to find sharings of rooms and rides. Is this a good way to go about getting things arranged? Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. In Mother's Arms, Mike
