Navel Centre

Sat Nam All,

 

I was just wondering how long it is necessary to work on the navel

centre before moving onto exercises for the heart chakra.  If I

remember correctly, in transitions to a heart centred world, it is

recommended that you build up to the maximum times for a kriya then

continue for a further 40 days after that. Is this neccessary because I

think it could take me a while to build up to the maximum times for

nabhi kriya! :0)

If your question is simply when you can work on your heart chakra. There is

not reason to wait, unless you want a specific progression for yourself.

 

Then it's up to you.

Thanks for your reply Awtar, I guess i'll stick with nabhi in the

morning and maybe incorporate some heart chakra exercises into my

evening practice.
